Limni Resort - Ksamil

a Spacious and clean, lovely pool area, friendly, caring family, great homemade breakfast

the room we got was comfy. the location was perfect and good for ksamil, adjacent to ksamil's town centre, beaches and restaurants and restaurants.

The room was large with an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The hotel property was incredibly beautiful with unbeatable location near Ksamil's beaches and Ksamil's town centre, many restaurants and beaches and bustling Ksamil. The amicable and very kind staff and their quick responses to my needs. A lot of fab food for meals.

The staff was fantastic! Not only friendly, but they made every meal special with good homemade breakfasts. The pool area is perfect!

I almost thought limni resort would be a 'hidden gem' but then came the sewer-type smell in the bathroom. Who thought it was fine to serve meat for breakfast after we said we don't eat it? A complimentary gesture woudl ve been nice, considering the nuisances. What a letdown.

The location was slightly away from the liveliness of the area but all within walking distance. Rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was beautiful with a lovely pool area. The staff were friendly, especially Peter and Leo. Would definitely recommend it for a chill stay 😊

All fine, but breakfast choices lacking.

The family suite was spacious, offering ample room for our kids to roam. The blackout shutters made sleep easy after long days in the sun.

Cleaning was only done once every three days, which didn't cut it for our six-night stay. The pool left something to be desired. It could have been cleaner and my kids' floaties picked up some grime from the tiles. There was also an abundance of mosquitoes due to the lack of screens in the windows, a bit annoying during the evening.

the pool area is well maintained with plenty of sun beds available. wifi was a bit weak.

The limni resort was super comfy, the beds were amazin and the blackout shutters were perfect for a good night sleep. The pool area was always clean and the fake grass around it was a cute touch. We loved having our own fridge and kettle in the room, it. The host was super friendly and took us to cool spots like the blue eye and butrint. The vibe was chill, away from the busy beaches.

The wifi was kinda weak and could be better. Breakfast options were limited sometimes.

The spacious Duplex Apartment offered fine views of the pool area. Breakfasts featured delicious homemade dishes and the staff consistently provided really good service.

Minor Wi-Fi issues.

Charming Family Atmosphere and Delicious Breakfast

The breakfast was a standout, offering a different homemade meal daily that was both filling and delicious. I also appreciated the fine views of the surrounding hills while enjoying my coffee by the pool. The only downside was that the main bedroom upstairs got pretty hot without air conditioning.

The staff were super friendly, especially breakfast that never repeated! I enjoyed relaxing by the seasonal outdoor pool and kicking back on the sun loungers. A minor downside was that I wished for a bit more variety at breakfast, but it didn't ruin the fun. 😊

Do recommend for a transient visit

Spacious apartment, good breakfast, big apartment with a mini fridge and air conditioning for a comfortable stay, perfect location just a 10-minute walk from gorgeous beaches.

All good.

The atmosphere at Limni Resort felt like family. the central location was very convenient, with Ksamil's beaches and town center being easily accessible. I stumbled upon the nice Fast Food Beshiku which was within walking distance from the hotel.
